I feel three of them are new and may have to learned or deepened by leaders.
Emotional intelligence: There is lot of advocacy for it and more people know about it and expect it from leaders.
Collaboration: Globalized interaction demands more collaboration with distant people.
Making values viral: Values are not real popular concepts in business. But there is emphasis now on values and ethics apart from policies. Managers have to define value and ethics first and then have to make efforts to make them popular among their associates
